It is an epoxy-based, double component, protective coating.
It is used in oil, fuel, and liquid tanks, hygienic and wet areas such as hospitals, laboratories, dining halls, kitchen and laundry, power stations, oil refineries, and sugar production facilities on wall surfaces, milk, and dairy products, beer and wine industry, on wall surfaces, meat, fish, can and beverage industry on wall surfaces, pharmaceutical, paint, and paper industry on wall surfaces, drinking water tanks.
It has a bright finish.
Its surface is hygienic and antibacterial.
It does not allow microbe formation due to its surface structure, it is easy to clean.
It has high chemical resistance.
It does not contain solvent.
It has partial UV resistance.
It provides water isolation.

-The application surface should be made clean from dust, dirt, oil, paint residue, and similar foreign matters reducing adherence.
-Necessary surface repairs and corner chamfers should be made before application.
Component B of ADEMIX 7080 EPO COAT 7080 should be added into component A and stirred with an aid of 300-400 rpm for 4 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
The prepared mixture can be applied by brush, roller and spraying methods. It is recommended to apply at least 2 coats for a waterproof and solid coating. The application between layers should not exceed 24 hours on average. If this period is exceeded, the surface must be roughened to provide adherence between layers.
-For the best results in ADEMIX EPO COAT 7080 application, the ambient temperature must be between +5°C and +30°C, and the necessary precautions must be taken in bad weather conditions.
-For the performance and technical values of the material to meet the specified data, for having no extension-shortening of workability and open holding times; it is recommended to apply in an environment with optimum humidity ratio, at the specified ambient and surface temperatures.
– The pre-stored packages to be opened for application should be ready for use at an average of 25°C.
-The completed application should be protected from heavy weather conditions for 24 hours. (Intense sun, wind, frost, rain, etc.)
– Before applying ADEMIX EPO COAT 7080 in tank and storage areas, a waterproof and solid coating is obtained by using ADEMIX ISOFLEX PLUS 7020 or ADEMIX ISOFLEX UV 7010.
-The equipment used must be cleaned with an appropriate solvent after application.
All necessary Occupational Health and Safety measures must be taken in the application areas. All work safety equipment, such as work clothes, protective gloves/goggles /mask, should be used during the application in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety rules. Ventilation of the working area is required. Warehouse and stock areas should not be approached with fire. Contact of the product with the skin and eyes should be prevented, in such a case, the contacted part of the skin should be washed with plenty of water and medical attention is required immediately. Food and beverages should also not come into contact with the product. It should be kept out of reach of children.
