Description:
It is a polyurethane-based, single component, ready to use, elastic, UV resistant, convenient to walk on, solvent-based, transparent topcoat waterproofing material.
Areas of Use:
It is used to provide waterproofing on balconies, roofs and terraces covered with materials such as glazed faiences, ceramics, natural stones, marbles, tiles and with light foot traffic without changing the appearance of the existing coating; on top of reinforced concrete surfaces, plasters and screed, on the mosaic, tile mosaic, wooden door, window frames as a protective coating and waterproofing material.

Surface Preparation:
-The surface must be clean and dry, and free from oil, dirt, grease, coatings and other dirt that will prevent adhesion.
-The surface should be thoroughly cleaned from dust and wastes with the help of a vacuum cleaner.
-The damages on the surface must be repaired with a suitable repair material.
– Glossy and absorbent surfaces are sanded and roughened and then can be primed with ADEMIX 7501 POL PRIMER.
Mixture Preparation:
It is a ready to use material. No water or solvent should be added.
Application:
ADEMIX 7504 POL TRANSPARENT is applied on the application surface with a brush, roller or airless spray gun. The second layer should be applied perpendicular to the first floor after the first floor is ready to be walked on (after 24-48 hours depending on weather conditions).
-Each application layer should not exceed 1mm.
-It should not be used on damp and wet surfaces or in areas taking in water from the negative side and exposed to salt efflorescence.
– For the best results in ADEMIX 7504 POL TRANSPARENT application, ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +35°C and necessary precautions should be taken in bad weather conditions.
-New concrete surfaces should be dried for a minimum of 28 days.
-The moisture ratio of the application surface should not exceed 4%.
-It contains solvent, and it is flammable. It should not be approached with an open flame.
-For optimum application, the primer should not be allowed to be heated by the sun or other heat sources.
-The equipment used during the application should be cleaned with a suitable solvent immediately after the application.
Warnings:
All necessary Occupational Health and Safety measures must be taken in the application areas. All work safety equipment, such as work clothes, protective gloves/goggles /mask, should be used during the application in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety rules. Ventilation of the working area is required. Warehouse and stock areas should not be approached with fire. Contact of the product with the skin and eyes should be prevented, in such a case, the contacted part of the skin should be washed with plenty of water and medical attention is required immediately. Food and beverages should also not come into contact with the product. It should be kept out of reach of children.

It should be stored in its original package in a dry environment, protecting from frost.
