*These values are valid for 23°C of temperature and 50% relative humidity. Times may vary depending on ambient conditions.
Surface Preparation:
The concrete surface should be clean, strong and have sufficient compressive strength (minimum 25 N/mm²).
The surface should be clean, dry and free from foreign substances such as dirt, oil, coating, surface curing materials.
Concrete or screed surfaces should be primed or levelled to form a smooth surface.
Mixture Preparation:
Component B of ADEMIX 714 EPOXY SL should be added into component A and stirred with an aid of 300-400 rpm for 3 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. After the mixture is prepared, if quartz sand is required, it should be stirred for another 2 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
To make sure that the mixture is made completely, the mixture is put in another container and stirred again for another 1 minute.
Over stirring should be avoided to minimize air entrainment.
Application:
Primer:
ADEMIX EPOXY PRIMER 711/712/713 is applied to the floor with the help of an unused rake or roller.
Surface levelling:
ADEMIX EPOXY PRIMER 711/712/713 products can be used for levelling uneven surfaces.
Smooth surface wearing layer:
ADEMIX 714 EPOXY SL should be poured on the surface and propagated with a notched trowel. For a better finish, it is recommended to use the notched trowel by rotating and leveling the surface. In two directions perpendicular to each other, it must be ensured to remove small air bubbles and obtain a smooth coating thickness by traversing over the surface with a spike roller.
Sand-dulled (non-slip) system:
ADEMIX 714 EPOXY SL should be poured on the surface and propagated with a notched trowel. Air bubbles should be removed by traversing over the surface with a spike roller.
Sand should be sprinkled approximately (At 20ºC) between 15. and 30. minutes. Firstly, it should be observed that the sand is propagated over the entire surface by covering the entire surface with a small amount of sand, and immediately afterward, the whole surface should be covered with plenty of sand.
– ADEMIX 714 EPOXY SL For the best results in its application, ambient temperature should be in between +10°C and +30°C
and necessary measures should be taken in bad weather conditions.
-Processability and curing times vary according to the ambient temperature. The times are shorter at high temperatures, and longer at low temperatures.
-The application area should be protected from heavy weather conditions for 24 hours after the application. (sun, wind, frost, rain, etc.)
– The pre-stored packages to be opened for application should be ready for use at an average of 25°C.
-Upon the completion of the application, the coating should not be exposed to water directly for at least 24 hours.
-Used tools and equipment should be cleaned with cellulosic thinner or suitable solvent after application.
-All application area must be prepared with the same batch number of ADEMIX 714 EPOXY SL for exact color matching.

The above values are theoretical. They do not include the need for additional materials depending on the surface and application.
Warnings:
All necessary Occupational Health and Safety measures must be taken in the application areas. All work safety equipment, such as work clothes, protective gloves/goggles /mask, should be used during the application in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety rules. Ventilation of the working area is required. Warehouse and stock areas should not be approached with fire. Contact of the product with the skin and eyes should be prevented, in such a case, the contacted part of the skin should be washed with plenty of water and medical attention is required immediately.
