Ademix 705 SL
Self Levelling Screed
Self Levelling Screed
Cement Based Self-Propagating Levelling Screed
It is used as a levelling screed in places where there is heavy human traffic such as housing, workplace, hotel, dormitory, hospital, school; in the fixing of damaged surfaces under the laminated-wooden parquet, carpet, PVC, linoleum covering.
It has high adherence.
It does not crack and swell.
It has the feature of propagating by itself.
It is not a topcoat material. It prepares a suitable floor for the final flooring (ceramic, carpet, parquet, PVC, etc.).
Flexural Strength: ≥ 7 N/mm²
Compression Strength: ≥ 25 N/mm²
Max. Grain Size: 1 mm
*The above values are valid for 28 days of performance that was obtained as a result of laboratory experiments.
:
Application Temperature: (+5°C) – (+35°C)
Mixing Ratio: 4,5 – 5,5 lt water / 25 kg powder
Usable Time: 20 minutes
Application thickness: 3–10 mm
Average Consumption: 1.5-1.8 kg/m² (1 mm for thickness)
*These values are valid for 23°C and 50% relative humidity. Times may vary depending on ambient conditions.
-The application surface should be made clean from dust, dirt, oil, paint residue, and similar foreign matters reducing adherence.
-Surface should be cured and solid.
If there are surface defects (holes and cavities), they should be filled with ADEMIX REPAIR at least 1 day in advance.
-The surface should be moistened with water before the application.
25 kg of ADEMIX 705 SL is added slowly to 4.5-5.5 liters of water. It is stirred until a homogeneous mixture is obtained with a low-speed mixer, leaving no lumps. The prepared mortar should be rested for 5 minutes.
The prepared mixture is poured onto the surface and the thickness of the self-propagating mortar is adjusted with a trowel. The spiked roller can be used to prevent air bubbles. In places that require a second coat application, the application should be started as soon as the first coat becomes hard.
-In-floor heating systems, the system should be turned off at least 24 hours before the application.
-In order to avoid elevation differences in large areas and to be properly applied, tile cladding with a maximum of 3×3 m dimensions should be made and application levels should be determined.
-In order for the mortar to adhere to the floor better, it should be primed with ADEMIX FILLED PRIMER.
-Applications should not be carried out in temperatures below 5°C.
-It should not be applied on surfaces that are exposed to direct sunlight and wind without taking protective measures.
-Foreign materials should never be mixed into the mortar.
-After application, all used tools should be washed with plenty of water before drying.
