Application Temperature: (+5°C) – (+35°C)
Mixing Ratio: 3 – 4 lt water / 25 kg powder
Usable Time: 1 hour
Application Thickness: 5-20 mm
Average Consumption: 1,5-2 kg/m² (for 1 mm thickness)

Surface Preparation:
-The application surface should be made clean from dust, dirt, oil, paint residue, and similar foreign matters reducing adherence.
-The surface should be moistened with water before the application.
Mixture Preparation:
25 kg ADEMIX 701 RS is slowly added to 3 -4 lt water. It is stirred until a homogeneous mixture is obtained with a low-speed mixer, leaving no lumps. The prepared mortar should be rested for 5 minutes.
Application:
The prepared mixture is applied on the surface with a trowel in uniform thickness. It is propagated with a wide and long spatula and straightened with a gauge.
Surfaces, where ADEMIX 701 RS is applied, must be moistened within 12-24 hours. The second humidification should be done 24 hours after the first humidification. The surface should be moistened for 2-3 days. Further irrigation increases material performance.
– It is convenient to walk on the applied floor after 12 hours.Full hardening takes place after 24 hours.
-Applications should not be carried out in temperatures below 5°C.
– Without taking protective measures, applications should not be made on surfaces that are exposed to sun and wind, directly.
-Foreign materials should never be mixed into the mortar.
-After application, all used tools should be washed with plenty of water before drying.
Warnings:
Do not inhale the product directly, as it is cement-based. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
