Cement Based Polymer Additive Satin Paste

It is used for smoothing plaster surfaces on interior and exterior surfaces, repairing pore, pit or capillary shrinkage cracks on the surfaces.

It is applied quickly and easily.

It has high adherence. 

It prevents problems such as dampness and dusting.

It is resistant to water and frost.

Thanks to its special formulation, it prevents the rapid drying of the surface and prevents the formation of capillary cracks.

It is more durable than plaster and gypsum based materials.

It creates a smooth surface and prepares a suitable floor for the finishing coat and before the satin paint on the interior.

-The application surface should be made clean from dust, dirt, oil, paint residue, and similar foreign matters reducing adherence.

­If there are damaged, cracked, cracked areas on the surface that cannot be corrected with ADEMİX 235 Satin Paste , it should be repaired with ADEMIX REPAIR 1 day before.

­ -The surface should be moistened with water before the application.

Add 20 kg of ADEMIX 235 SATIN PASTE to 7.5-8.5 lt of water slowly. Stirred until a homogeneous mixture is obtained with a trowel or a low-speed mixer, leaving no lumps.The mortar which is rested for 5 minutes is then stirred again and made ready for use.

The prepared mixture is applied on the surface with a trowel in same thickness. Before the material hardens, the surface should be smoothed with a trowel or spatula.

Surfaces where ADEMIX 235 SATIN PASTE is applied must be moistened within 12-24 hours. The second humidification should be done 24 hours after the second humidification. The surface should be moistened for 2-3 days. 

Surface application is ensured by sanding at least 3 days after the application of ADEMIX 235 Satin Paste.

­At least 7 days should pass after the plaster application before applying coating, painting etc. on plastered surfaces.

It has an application range of -1 – 3 mm.In applications thicker than 1.5 mm, second layer application should be started.

­Should not be applied in temperatures below 5°C.

­Should not be applied to surfaces which are directly exposed to sun and wind without protective measures.

­Foreign materials should never be mixed into the mortar.

­After application, all used tools should be washed with plenty of water before drying.

Do not inhale the product directly, as it is cement-based. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
