Ready Machine Plaster

Ready Machine Plaster

Cement Based, Ready Machine Plaster.

It can be applied on interior and exterior walls, rough plaster, reinforced concrete, prefabricated wall, brick, pumice and accumulation.

It  can be easily  applied.

It adapts easily to the applied surface.

It forms a highly adhesive and durably resistant solid base.

It saves labor and time.

It prevents loss of quality and efficiency that may occur from dosing.

It provides easy and fast application with the machine.

-The application surface should be made clean from dust, dirt, oil, paint residue, and similar foreign matters reducing adherence.

If there are surface defects (holes and cavities), they should be filled with ADEMIX REPAIR at least 1 day in advance.

Plaster strips should be prepared in the intervals where gauging can be made where necessary, on its plumb and scale. Plaster strips should be prepared at least one day before.

The surfaces should be moistened with water before the application.

In the use of a special plaster machine, ADEMIX 225 READY MACHINE PLASTER is put into the chamber of the machine in powder form. Required amount of water (6.5-7.5 lt of water / 35 kg powder) and the consistency of the material is adjusted. While adjusting the water in the machine, the hose of the machine should be removed and the first consistency should be observed at the exit of the machine.

Approximately in applications with the machine 20 cm material is sprayed to the surface from a distance. The surface is leveled by spreading with a gauge. Later, the filtering process is started.

The applied surfaces must be moistened within 12-24 hours. The second humidification should be done 24 hours after the second humidification. The surface should be moistened for 2-3 days.

It has 5 – 25mm application range. For applications thicker than 15 mm, second layer application is started.

At least 7 days should pass after the plaster application before applying coating, painting etc. on plastered surfaces.

In order to obtain a smooth surface, the surface must be gauged from bottom to top obliquely.

In different junction points such as wall-column, net should be used to prevent cracking in window door edges and applications thicker than 10 mm.

Should not be applied in temperatures below 5°C.

-Should not be applied on surfaces that are exposed to direct sunlight and wind without taking protective measures.

Foreign materials should never be mixed into the mortar.

After application, all used tools should be washed with plenty of water before drying.
