Aerated Concrete Adhesive
Aerated Concrete AdhesiveCement-based aerated concrete (gas concrete) bonding mortar.
It is used to lay gas concrete, pumice, and similar construction elements that will be used on vertical and horizontal surfaces.
Easy to apply.
Adapts easily to the applied surface.
Does not slip in vertical applications.
Performs well with its high adhesiveness.
Saves time and labor.

*These values are valid for 23°C and 50% relative humidity. Times may vary depending on ambient conditions.
-The application surface should be made clean from dust, dirt, oil, paint residue, and similar foreign matters reducing adherence.
Gas concrete surfaces should be moistened with water.
The first bond should be laid by leveling with classical mortar to fix the surface breakdowns on the floor.
25 kg ADEMİX 404 Aerated Concrete (Gas Concrete) Bonding Mortar is added slowly to 5-6 lt water. Stirred until a homogeneous mixture is obtained with a trowel or a low-speed mixer, leaving no lumps. The homogeneous mixed mortar is rested for 5 minutes and then mixed again to make it ready for application
The prepared mixture should be used within a maximum of 2 hours, and the mixtures that are waiting to be used during this period should be stirred intermittently. Any mortar, which has started to harden or has expired, should not be used.
The adhesive should be spread on horizontal and vertical surfaces, it should be combed with a notched trowel and applied in the same thickness. Bonding should be done on combed mortar within 10-15 minutes. While laying, joints should be left with maximum 3 mm width in horizontal and vertical, and care should be taken to fill the joint gaps with adhesive. The gas concrete blocks should be placed thoroughly by ramming from the top and the side.
Should not be applied in temperatures below 5°C.
-Should not be applied on surfaces that are exposed to direct sunlight and wind without taking protective measures.
Foreign materials should never be mixed into the mortar.
-After application, all used tools should be washed with plenty of water before drying.
