*The above values have been obtained through laboratory tests and are valid for 28 days of the performance.
Application Temperature: (+ 5 ° C) – (+ 35 ° C)
Open waiting time: 30 minutes.
Application thickness: max. 4 mm
Joint Application Time: Average 3 days
Consumption Average: 3 – 4 kg / m²
*These values are valid for 23°C of temperature and 50% relative humidity. Times may vary depending on ambient conditions.
-The application surface should be made clean from dust, dirt, oil, paint residue, and similar foreign matters reducing adherence.
-It should be ensured that the application surface is set.
ADEMIX 110 ACRYL must be mixed thoroughly before use.
The prepared mixture should be spread on the surface with the flat part of the trowel to ensure good adhesion and then combed with a notched trowel suitable for the size of the tile to be used.Ceramics must be bonded to the combed mortar within 30 minutes. Good adhesion should be obtained by pressing on the laid material by hand and applying force with a rubber hammer.
– Point or line application should be done for bonding the insulation boards.
– The packaging should be closed tightly outside of use. – Expired or crusted mortar in the container should be junked.
-The adhesive should be used by applying to small areas, and any adhesive that delays material bonding and that has started to get crusty should be cleaned by scraping off the surface.
-The excess adhesive in joint gaps should be scraped before drying, and the mortars on the surface should be cleaned with a damp cloth.
-Applications should not be carried out in temperatures below 5°C.
-It should not be applied on surfaces that are exposed to direct sunlight and wind without taking protective measures.
-Foreign materials should never be mixed into the mortar.
-After application, all used tools should be washed with plenty of water before drying.
The jointing process can be started after an average of 3 days.
-The tiles adhered with Ademix 110 Acryl should not be in direct contact with water for at least 10 days.
– In ceramic applications on old ceramics, the drying time of the product can be 1-2 weeks depending on the ambient conditions and ceramic size.
