Porcelain Ceramic, Marble, and Granite Ceramic Adhesive

Porcelain Ceramic, Marble, and Granite Ceramic Adhesive

Cement-based, high-performance glazed porcelain, porcelain ceramic, marble and granite ceramic adhesive with reduced slip and improved with additional properties.

Used to bond glazed porcelain, porcelain ceramic, glass mosaic, marble and granite ceramic coatings to surfaces plastered with lean concrete, concrete or cement plaster on walls and floors indoors and on floors outdoors.

Adapts easily to the applied surface.

Does not slip.

High adhesion strength.

It can be processed easily and for a long time.

Has water impermeability thanks to its high polymer content. It can be used in bonding applications in wet volumes.

Ideal for coating materials such as large glazed porcelain, porcelain ceramic and granite ceramic.

Slip: ≤ 0.5 mm
Adhesion Strength:
– After Open Waiting Time: After at least 20 min. ≥ 0.5 N/mm²
– Initial: ≥ 1 N/mm²
– After Immersion: ≥ 1 N/mm²
– After Aged with Heat: ≥ 1 N/mm²
– After Freeze-Thaw Cycle: ≥ 1 N/mm²
Temperature Resistance : (-30°C) – (+70°C)

*The above values have been obtained through laboratory tests and are valid for 28 days of the performance.

Application Temperature: (+5°C) – (+35°C)
Mixing Ratio: 5.5 – 6.5 lt of water / 25 kg of powder
Usable for: 3 hours

Open waiting time: 20 min.

Application thickness: 3–10 mm

Commissioning Time: 24 hours
Consumption Average: 4 – 6 kg/m²

Reaction to Fire Class:A1

*These values are valid for 23°C and 50% relative humidity. Times may vary depending on ambient conditions.

-The application surface should be made clean from dust, dirt, oil, paint residue, and similar foreign matters reducing adherence.

-It should be ensured that the application surface is set.

-The floor should be dampened, moistened, and saturated with water.

25 kg  is slowly added to 5.5-6.5 liters of water. Mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained to leave no lumps with a trowel or a low-speed mixer. The homogeneous mixture is left for 5 minutes and then mixed again to make it ready for application.

The prepared mixture should be used within a maximum of 3 hours, the mixtures that are unused during this period should be mixed intermittently, and any mixture mortar that has started to harden or has expired should not be used.

The prepared mixture should be spread on the surface with the flat part of the trowel to ensure good adhesion and then combed with a toothed trowel suitable for the size of the tile. Ceramics should be bonded to the combed mortar within 20 minutes. Good adhesion should be obtained by pressing on the laid material by hand and applying force with a rubber hammer.

-The adhesive should be used by applying to small areas, and any adhesive that delays material bonding and that has started to get crusty should be cleaned by scraping off the surface.

-The excess adhesive in joint gaps should be scraped off before drying, and the mortars on the surface should be cleaned with a damp cloth.

Should not be applied in temperatures below -5°C.

-It should not be applied on surfaces that are exposed to direct sunlight and wind without taking protective measures.

-Foreign materials should never be mixed into the mortar.

-After application, all used tools should be washed with plenty of water before drying.

-Grouting can be started after 24 hours.

Tiles bonded with should not be exposed to water for at least 24 hours.

-Depending on the location and the type of ceramic to be applied, double-sided bonding should be done.

Do not breathe the product directly, as it is cement-based. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
