Concrete Curing Material

It is an acrylic-based, ready-to-use concrete curing material.

It is used in fresh concrete and screed surfaces, surfaces where surface hardener is applied, airports and field concretes, concrete roads and bridges and canals; curing and increasing surface performance.

It prevents shrinkage crack formation by preventing rapid water loss in the concrete. 

It prevents dusting by increasing the abrasion resistance of the surface.

It prevents freezing cracks with its water impermeability feature.

It provides an effective curing in ambient conditions with low humidity and high air currents.

It is more economical and effortless than traditional curing methods.

It does not constitute an impediment for resin and cement-based applications to be made on the cured surface after application.

It is solvent-free.

Drying Time: 90 min.

 Application Temperature: (+5°C) – (+35°C) 

Average consumption: 0.15–0.25 kg/m²

It is applied after fresh concrete casting and screeding process, after surface hardener application is completed, in two layers; by spraying, roller or brush as soon as the brightness disappears on the casted surfaces and when the molds are removed in the molded concrete processes.

-It should be shaken well before use. 

-It should be protected from rain until dry after application.

-Ponding should be avoided during application.

It should be protected against freezing.

All tools used are cleaned by washing with water after application.

Keep out of the reach of children.

Avoid eye and skin contact.
