Description:
It is an acrylic resin-based, high performance, transparent, glossy, anti-dust and anti-wear multi-purpose concrete curing, insulation and protection material.
Areas of Use:
It is used to prevent rapid water loss in all cement-based surfaces (freshly casted concrete, reinforced concrete floors, surface hardener applied floors, screed concretes, etc.) and freshly cast concrete.
Advantages:
It is easy to apply as it is ready to use.
It increases the abrasion strength of concrete and cement-based surfaces and prevents dusting.
Thanks to its transparency, it does not cause color change on the applied surface.
It is used as a polish thanks to the glossy film layer it creates.
It reduces dirt retention of the surface.
It contains solvent. It dries fastly.
Increases water impermeability.
It penetrates deep into the applied surfaces, hardens the surface and strengthens the structure.
It fills non-structural capillary cracks, prevents the formation of freeze-thaw cracks.
It is resistant to UV rays and outside weather conditions. It does not allow fading – darkening – swelling, does not change the appearance of the floor covering.
It fills in unstructured capillary cracks.

Application Information:
Application Temperature: (+5°C) – (+30°C)
Average Consumption: 0,15- 0,25 lt/m²

Surface Preparation:
-The application surface should be made clean from dust, dirt, oil, paint residue, and similar foreign matters reducing adherence.
– The application surface should be dry and firm.
If the surface has low adherence, broken, loose parts, these parts must be removed from the surface.
Application:
ADEMIX CONCRETE C should be applied as a thin film layer by spraying on fresh concrete. Appropriate spraying equipment should be determined by trials.
In old concrete, it can be applied with a brush or roller. The application should be done in 1-2 layers according to the desired result and the condition of the surface. Waiting time between the coats should be a minimum of 1-3 hours.
– ADEMIX CONCRETE C is ready to use. It should be used without diluting with solvent or water.
-It should be shaken well before use.
-It should be protected from rain until dry after application.
-Ponding should be avoided during application.
Warnings:
It should be protected against freezing.
It requires ventilation due to its solvent content and a protective mask should be used in closed space applications.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Since it contains a solvent, avoid skin and eyes cıntact, wash with plenty of water if contacted, and seek medical advice. Gloves and protective mask/goggles should be used during use and the material should not be inhaled.
Since it is a flammable material containing solvent, it should never be smoked during application and it should be avoided from any source of fire such as welding and cutting machines.

SHELF LIFE: 12 months in its original package without opening, in a dry and cool environment. It should be stored away from direct sunlight.
