Ademix 304 ULTRAFUGA
Silicone Additive Joint Filling
Silicone Additive Joint Filling
Cement Based Silicone Additive, High Performance Joint Filler
It is used for filling the interior and exterior joint gaps up to 6 mm of coverings such as faience, ceramics, marble, artificial marble, tiles etc. on horizontal and vertical surfaces; in wet areas such as bathrooms, showers, toilets; and in places that can be easily contaminated like the kitchen.
Easy to apply
It adapts easily to the applied surface.
It is resistant to abrasion.
It provides smooth surface.
It does not scratch glazed surfaces.
It does not crack.
It is resistant to mold and fungus formation.
Thanks to its water-repellent feature, it is suitable for use in wet areas such as kitchen, bathroom, etc.
It is hard to get dirty and easy to clean with its silicone reinforcement.

*The above values have been obtained through laboratory tests and are valid for 28 days of the performance.
Application Temperature: (+5°C) – (+35°C)
Mixing Ratio: 6 – 7 lt water / 20 kg powder
Usable Time: 1 hour
Application Thickness: 1-6 mm
Time to Put Into Use: 24 hours
Consumption: 300-1500 gr/m² (It varies according to the tile size, thickness and joint width.)
*These values are valid for 23°C of temperature and 50% relative humidity. Times may vary depending on ambient conditions.
-The application surface should be made clean from dust, dirt, oil, paint residue, and similar foreign matters reducing adherence.
-The surface must be moistened before the application.
-The adhesive must be cured on the application surface.
20 kg of Ademix 304 UltraFuga is slowly added to 6 – 7 liters of water slowly. It is stirred until a homogeneous mixture is obtained with a trowel or a low-speed mixer, leaving no lumps. The homogeneously mixed mortar is rested for 5 minutes and then stirred again to make it ready for application
The prepared mixture should be used within a maximum of 1 hour, the mortar that has started to harden and has expired should not be used.
The prepared mixture is propagated on the surface and joint gaps are filled with a rubber trowel. In order to fill the joint well into the gaps, first parallel, and then cross movements should be done. The excess material on the surface should be stripped and cleaned. When the material starts to harden, after 20-30 minutes, the surface should be cleaned with circular movements with the help of a damp sponge. Wiping should not be done prematurely or with a too much watery sponge. The sponge should be cleaned frequently. When the material gets dry enough to not drain from the joint, the surface should be wiped clean with a dry cloth.
-There should not be any delays to clean the excesses on the applied surface.
-While cleaning is done, care should be taken not to drain the joints.
-Applications should not be carried out in temperatures below 5°C.
– Without taking protective measures, applications should not be made on surfaces that are exposed to sun and wind, directly.
-Foreign materials should never be mixed into the mortar.
-After application, all used tools should be washed with plenty of water before drying.
-After 24 hours, the application area can be opened for use.
Do not inhale the product directly, as it is cement-based. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
