ADEMIX ACRYLIC EXTERIOR PRIMER 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

It is a styrene acrylic emulsion-based exterior primer. 

PROPERTIES:

Provides a solid base for top coatings. 

Has high water vapor permeability

Improves the performance of the top coat by building a bridge before the top coat paint application. 

Has high hiding power

High coverage area

Prevents salt formation on the surface. Prevents the absorption of the top coat on the surface and allows moisture to escape due to its breathability. 

Does not allow the top coat paint to crack, swell and spill.

AREAS OF USE:

ADEMIX Exterior primer is used on all kinds of exterior surfaces, concrete, briquette, aerated concrete, plaster, brick, and similar mineral surfaces before the top coat. Not recommended to be used before GRAIN PAINT.SURFACE PREPARATION:

The application surfaces should be smooth, solid, and capable of carrying the primer and the top coat paint. The surfaces to be painted, all kinds of dirt, dust, loose layers should be cleaned and the necessary surface repair and repair operations should be done.

APPLICATION:

 On recently plastered interior surfaces to be applied for the first time, ADEMIX Exterior Primer should be applied in one or two layers. It should be paid attention that the ambient and surface temperature is between + 5°C and + 30°C during the application and until the complete drying of the products. It can be applied by brush, roller and spraying.

THINNING AND APPLICATION PROPERTIES : 

Thinning rate: 25-30% with water

Application temperature (°C): 5 – 35

Covering area (m² /kg): 9-10(Single layer) Depending on the type, absorbency and structure of the application surface, there may be changes in consumption.

STORAGE: 

It can be stored for 1 years at 5-35°C in its unopened packaging, in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight. Close the packaging cap immediately after use so that it does not contact with air.
