Polyurethane Based Double Component Waterproofing Material
It is a polyurethane-based, double component, solvent-free, elastic, crack bridging, waterproofing material.
Areas of Use:
It can be used in water tanks, channels, in wet areas such as bathroom, kitchen, balcony, pools, terraces as waterproofing material.
It is easily applied with a brush or roller.
It does not mix with drinking water.
It has high crack bridging feature.
It has high adherence to the applied surface.
Since it does not contain solvent, it can be easily applied in closed spaces.
It performs over a wide temperature range. Its heat resistance is between -40°C and 90°C.
It is resistant to chemicals, bacteria, and salt solutions.
It is the ideal solution for water tanks in terms of cost-performance.
It is moisture and waterproof.
It is resistant to the freeze-thaw cycle.

-The surface must be clean and dry, and free from oil, dirt, grease, coatings and other dirt that will prevent adhesion.
-Large fractures and faults must be repaired beforehand.
– Chamfering should be done to corners and joints in the application area.
-The cement crust and glossy screed sanding on the concrete surface should be cleaned with tools such as a notching machine, diamond drum wiping machine, driven grinding, and the surface should be roughened and wiped.
-The entire surface of the industrial vacuum cleaner should be cleaned from dust.
-The surface should be prepared by priming with ADEMIX 7501 POL PRIMER.
By adding component B on component A, ADEMIX 7503 POL WATERPROOF 2K should be stirred with a 300 – 400 rev/min mixing bit drill for 2 -3 minutes until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
The components are packed in the correct mixing ratios. If some of the product will be used, this ratio should be considered. Attention should be paid to the consumption of the prepared mixture within the pot life.
